The room is fairly quiet and there are particularly nice views of town. It has lovely and really kind staff at night shift. The location is great and quiet, close enough to morning and night market, the mall and the nearest outside eating place n convenience store. And it's by Sungai Kinta.

I booked recently renovated, romantic room with local white coffee, have BATH TUB plus kettle.

The bed was too small, that's my bad luck.

Relaxing experience there. Neat rooms, modern place to visit. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room and the very comfy bed. Exceptionally nice and accommodating staffs, gave a few recommendations. Particularly good and ideal location for Ipoh, next to the center and restaurants & convenient shops nearby and the nearest shopping complex.

Our accommodation was set in a central location close enough to popular eateries, Overseas restaurant and the shared areas.

The breakfast with a very nice waitress and western option, as for instance is savoury for what is offered.

The stay was absolutely decent. I enjoyed my stay at this ideal hotel, quiet and huge rooms. The location was great and peaceful yet it was within short walking distance to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. The restaurant was great for breakfast and buffet style here, I had wonderful dishes.

Amazing attention to detail! They provided complimentary items in the mini bar and even cleaned my car's windshield with a note of bon voyage. The map of nearby restaurants and shopping was such a thoughtful gesture. The room service from a nearby Pakistani restaurant was a delightful surprise. Almost like a 5-star service without the price tag. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast very well served but with a rather limited choice.

It's a remodeled old hotel, food services are low the included buffet- breakfast is not to my expectation. No free activities available, nad internet very slow and shuts off. I found it trouble some to fnish my daily business
